Mouillez abondamment vos cheveux, des racines aux pointes, à l'eau tiède.
Faites mousser une quantité de shampooing MEDIUM de la taille d'une pièce de 25 cents dans vos mains, puis appliquez sur les racines et aux endroits où les cheveux touchent le cuir chevelu.
Rincez le shampoing. Essorez l'excédent d'eau avant d'appliquer l'après-shampoing.
Appliquez une quantité de revitalisant MEDIUM équivalente à une pièce de 25 cents, en insistant sur les longueurs et les pointes.
Rincez à l'eau froide pour refermer les cuticules et apporter de la brillance.
