Kelo-cote est destiné à la prise en charge des cicatrices hypertrophiques et chéloïdes, anciennes et récentes, résultant d'interventions chirurgicales générales, de traumatismes, de plaies et de brûlures.
Kelo-cote est un gel de silicone léger et auto-séchant destiné au traitement des cicatrices. Il sèche rapidement pour former une feuille perméable aux gaz, flexible et imperméable. Kelo-cote adhère à la couche cornée (la couche externe de cellules mortes de la peau), créant ainsi une barrière protectrice contre les agressions chimiques, physiques et microbiennes, tout en favorisant l'hydratation de la cicatrice. Ce gel crée un environnement propice à la maturation de la cicatrice grâce à une synthèse de collagène normalisée, améliorant ainsi son aspect physiologique et esthétique.

Comment utiliser

Assurez-vous que la zone affectée soit propre et sèche. Appliquez une fine couche de Kelo-cote et laissez sécher. Appliquez deux fois par jour. Pour une efficacité optimale, le gel Kelo-cote doit rester en contact avec la peau pendant 24 heures.

Éviter tout contact direct avec les yeux, les muqueuses, les brûlures du troisième degré et les plaies ouvertes. Ne pas utiliser Kelo-cote en cas d'affections dermatologiques altérant l'intégrité de la peau. Kelo-cote peut tacher les vêtements s'il n'est pas complètement sec. Usage externe uniquement.
