Comment utiliser

Appliquer le bracelet de poignet :
• Retirez les vêtements serrés et épais ainsi que tous les bijoux ou accessoires de votre poignet.
Relevez ou remontez la manche pour exposer la peau de votre bras gauche. Assurez-vous que la manche n'est pas trop serrée.
• Placez le bracelet de poignet sur votre poignet gauche, en passant votre poignet dans la boucle prévue à cet effet : la paume de votre main et l’écran du moniteur doivent être orientés vers le haut. Laissez un espace de 1 à 2 cm entre le bracelet et le bas de votre paume. Enroulez fermement le bracelet autour de votre poignet, en veillant à ce qu’il n’y ait aucun espace entre votre poignet et le bracelet.
Démarrer la mesure :
1) Lorsque le moniteur est éteint, appuyez sur le bouton START/STOP pour l'allumer. La mesure démarrera automatiquement.
2) Restez immobile et ne bougez pas et ne parlez pas jusqu'à la fin de la mesure. Une fois la mesure terminée, le brassard se dégonfle automatiquement. Votre tension artérielle et votre fréquence cardiaque s'affichent sur l'écran.
