Choisissez un réglage adapté à vos besoins. Placez la brosse à dents à la jonction entre la dent et la gencive. Commencez en haut à droite, sur la face externe des dents, près de la joue, et progressez jusqu'en haut à gauche. Répétez l'opération pour la face interne des dents (près du palais). Brossez les surfaces occlusales de vos dents. Répétez l'opération pour les dents du bas. Le brossage devrait durer 2 minutes.
