Comment utiliser
Identifiez les symboles du pied gauche et du pied droit sur chaque coussin.
Essai de mise en place dans la chaussure avant de retirer le film protecteur
Assurez-vous que le coussinet soit placé sous l'avant-pied, la pointe tournée vers le talon.
Retirez le film protecteur des coussinets et appliquez-les sur la chaussure, face adhésive vers le bas.
Repositionnez-les si nécessaire, en veillant à ce que les coussinets soient dans la même position dans chaque chaussure.
Soyez prudent lors du retrait, tirez lentement et doucement hors de la chaussure en appliquant une pression sur la semelle intérieure de la chaussure, à côté du coussinet, avec l'autre main.
