Product details The HIGH5 Starter Kit is a selection of our favourite products to have before/during/after excercise. This pack is suitable for vegetarians and contains an assortment of flavours. Pack contents: 1x Energy Gel + 1x Energy Gel Caffeine + 1x Energy Drink sachet + 1x Recovery Drink sachet + 2x ZERO (tablet) + 1 x 750ml Water Bottle. Suitable for not suitable for pregnant women due to caffeine in 1 of the products inc in this pack How to use Energy Gel - Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take 1-3 sachets per hour during exercise. When exercising it’s important to stay hydrated so we recommend using this product alongside ZERO hydration tabs. ZERO - Simply drop a tab into your water bottle and watch it rapidly dissolve. ZERO can be mixed to your preferred strength, but we recommend one tablet in 500-750ml water, or 1/2 a tab into 250-300ml of water. Energy Drink Consume before and during sport. Drink 150 - 250ml every 20 minutes.
