1. Façonnez le bouchon d'oreille entier en boule.
2. Placez le bouchon d'oreille sur l'ouverture de l'oreille et aplatissez-le délicatement pour former un joint étanche, en évitant les cheveux.
3. Pour retirer l'embout : appuyez derrière l'oreille, puis tirez doucement sur le lobe jusqu'à ce que l'adhérence se rompe. Retirez ensuite délicatement en le tirant hors de l'oreille. Réutilisable, roulez-le et remodelez-le avec des mains propres avant chaque utilisation. Jetez-le lorsqu'il est sale ou ne colle plus.
