La bande de crêpe de coton Boots BP (10 cm x 4,5 m) offre un soutien en cas d'entorses et de foulures. Elle peut également servir à maintenir les pansements en place. Cette bande convient aux genoux, aux jambes et aux bras.
Comment utiliser
Avant d'appliquer un bandage, utilisez une compresse froide pour refroidir la zone affectée. Cela minimisera l'enflure et donc atténuera la douleur.
Bandage pour l'avant-bras, la cuisse et le mollet.
Commencez en dessous de la zone blessée.
Appliquez le bandage autour du membre, en effectuant un mouvement en spirale, en le faisant se chevaucher aux deux tiers à chaque fois.
Fixer avec du ruban adhésif ou une épingle de sûreté.
Bandage pour poignet, coude, genou et cheville.
Enroulez le bandage une seule fois, bien droit, pour le fixer.
Appliquez le bandage autour du membre en formant un huit, en le faisant se chevaucher aux deux tiers à chaque fois.
Fixer avec du ruban adhésif ou une épingle de sûreté.
Dangers et précautions
Choisissez la largeur du bandage en fonction de la partie du membre à traiter. Les instructions d'application se trouvent à l'intérieur de l'étiquette. Le bandage doit être bien fixé, mais pas trop serré, afin d'éviter un gonflement. Si la blessure est grave ou si aucune amélioration n'est constatée après 72 heures, consultez un médecin.
