Alflorex® is formulated with Bifidobacterium Longum 35624™, a naturally occurring ‘good’ bacteria passed from mother to baby at birth. Each capsule of Alflorex® contains 10^9 live bacteria, carefully selected for their proven efficacy in supporting gut health. Clinically studied, Bifidobacterium Longum 35624™ is scientifically proven to reach the gut intact, where it complements and supports your natural gut microbiota. How to use
Take 1 capsule daily with or without food, any time of day. Note: Fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 35624 culture. We recommend taking Alflorex® with water or milk or less acidic drinks e.g. soya, almond or rice milks. However, Alflorex® can be taken as part of a meal that has fruit juice, as the food will help protect the 35624® culture.
