Returns & Refunds Policy

At BrandListry, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that every product you purchase is authentic, safe, and carefully selected. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must include all accessories, tags, and seals intact.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care products

  • Wigs, hair extensions, or hairpieces that have been worn or removed from original packaging

  • Dietary supplements, vitamins, or consumable wellness products once opened

  • Feminine care and intimate wellness products

  • Clearance or final sale items (where marked)


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a replacement or full refund.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to change of mind or non-defective issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to BrandListry’s error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover all return costs.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method.

  • If you prefer, you may choose to receive store credit to use on future purchases.


6. How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided (or schedule a pickup where available).

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund or replacement.
