Magnesium flakes bath soak

For foot bathing, dissolve 1-2 cups into 5 litres of warm water in a bowl or footbath. Soak feet for 15 minutes, topping up warm water throughout.

How to use
How to Run the Perfect Bath
1 Run a warm bath (37-40°C is ideal)
2 For transdermal* bathing use between 2-4 cups of flakes
3 Dim the lights to create a soothing, cosy atmosphere
4 Relax & enjoy for at least 20 minutes
