W7's Matte Dreamer is a finely-milled, loose powder to set makeup for an airbrushed finish with zero caking. The neutral-toned formula helps even out skin-tone and reduces the appearance of skin discolouration and fine lines.
How to use
For a natural finish, apply Matte Dreamer using a fluffy brush and sweep it across the areas where you have applied liquid makeup such as concealer, foundation or cream contour. Fancy that airbrushed, faux-filter finish? Pat a generous amount of powder onto the skin using a beauty sponge and leave it to "bake" for around 5 minutes. Target areas such as under the eyes and the forehead for the ultimate brightened effect. Once baked, simply sweep off the excess using a fluffy brush and set your final look with a setting spray!
