Vitamin K is a fat-soluble compound and occurs mainly in two natural forms: as vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) and as vitamin K2 (menaquinones). However, it is vitamin K2 - and especially its best absorbed form, MK-7 - that is particularly important for bone health. Dietary sources of vitamin K2 are animal products and fermented foods (e.g. natto).

The MCT oil contained in the supplement is extracted only from the oil produced from the coconut palm fruit Cocos nucifera. Vitamin K2 MK-7, 100 µg comes in the form of soft capsules that are easy to swallow, making your daily supplementation convenient and comfortable. The recommended daily serving (1 capsule) contains 100 µg of vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7, corresponding to 133% of the RWS. The product is best taken with or immediately after a meal.
