Featuring a Pro-Flex zone to help support natural walking motion, the Anti-Fatigue Technology helps to stimulate muscle activation and energize your feet, giving you energy back with every step. The metatarsal pad and gentle arch support redistribute pressure on the foot, helping with arch pain and symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis, whilst the Orthotic Cushioning provides everyday comfort.
Neo G Neothotics Pro-Flex Full Length Slimline Insoles are unisex with a low profile and versatile trim to fit design for use in hard-to-fit and a variety of everyday footwear.
Other inferior cushioned products may give instant but superficial comfort, leaving the true cause of pain untreated. Insoles that give you the necessary support may actually feel uncomfortable at first; we call this the “comfort paradox”. Neo G NeoThotics Pro-Flex insoles may feel uncomfortable to wear at first and we recommend that you start by using the insole for 1 or 2 hours per day until it feels comfortable. Normally, this should not take much longer than a week but if you still find it uncomfortable to wear after this period, please contact your podiatrist or medical professional.

How to use
Test the insole directly in the shoe, if resizing is required using a sharp tool (e.g. Scissors, Knife) trim to size using the below instructions:
If possible, remove the existing insole from your shoe. Use this as a template to trim the insole to fit into the shoe. The existing insole should not be used if using this insole.
If the existing insole is not available, trim the insole to the approximate size using the trimming lines on the base of the insole, the insole should be approximately 1cm / ½ inch longer than the length of your foot. The trimming lines on the insole (A, B, C, D, E) are provided as a trimming shape and guide only. You may fall in-between the trimming lines or not need to resize the insoles.
Test the fit in the shoe, if it is still too large, carefully remove a small amount at a time until it fits tightly.
Ensure the insole is positioned, fabric side up, against the back/rear of the footwear and check it is flat, level and comfortable before wear.
The insoles can be cleaned by hand using soap and lukewarm water only (do not use fabric softener), then leave to air dry in a flat position. Do not fully immerse the insole in water or use any external heat sources as this can damage the product. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or iron.
