How to use
How do I take it? Shake before use. Take one x 1 ml dose a day using the pipette. Do not exceed the daily dose. Dispense onto a teaspoon, mix into a drink or drop onto the tongue. Do not consume straight from the bottle and avoid direct contact between the pipette and your mouth.
