How to use Apply mascara starting at the base of the lashes from underneath. Wiggle brush side to side before combing up and through to the tips. This ensures you are coating each lash for lift, volume, and length. Keep repeating as necessary to build a full coat of mascara, fanning lashes out as you comb up. Bottom Lashes: If you are applying on the bottom lashes as well, try using the leftover mascara on the wand only, since a freshly prepped one can apply too much product.
