Product details Hothands Foot warmers provide comfort from cold anywhere you are. Adhesive, thin and discreet they can be used for commuting, walking the dog and working outdoors. They provide up to 8 hours of heat. Suitable for Adults "} How to use Please read all instructions and precautions prior to use and retain for future reference. Open the sachet by hand and remove the warmer. Peel away the paper strip and adhere one warmer only to the outside of the sock underneath the toe area. Never apply the warmers directly to the skin. For external use only. Use only as directed. The warmer is air-activated. Do not open the sachet until you are ready to use. Hazards and Cautions CAUTION: BURN HAZARD: Follow all precautions carefully to prevent skin burns. Please note that skin burns may occur even if there is no actual burn sensation. These warmers are for use in shoes or boots where air flow is restricted. Do not use with sandals/ clogs/ slippers or ventilated footwear which let air ventilate freely as this may cause the warmer to overheat. This warmer is designed only for use over socks underneath the toe area. Do not use on any other parts of the body. Do not use for medical treatment or pain relief. Never apply the warmer directly to the skin. Do not use the warmer over tights or very thin socks. Do not use without wearing appropriate shoes/ boots. Do not use more than one warmer per foot. Stop using immediately if the warmer becomes uncomfortably hot. Do not use whilst sleeping. Do not use for longer than stated. Do not use with other heating device. Do not use the warmer on those unable to remove it by themselves such as infants/ children, the elderly and disabled people. Do not use the warmer when you cannot remove it immediately. Persons with allergies, arthritis, sensitive skin, diabetes, circulatory problems, nerve damage or paralysis may be more susceptible to burns and should seek medical advice prior to use. Do not use during intensive/ vigorous exercise. PRECAUTIONS: Do not use over bruised/ inflamed or swollen skin, over scarred skin, over open wounds, over frostbitten skin, over skin which cannot sense hot/cold sensation. Do not cut, tear, pick or make holes in the warmer. Warmer contents could spill and damage skin/ clothing. If the warmers are torn or the inner heating ingredients come into contact with the body, rinse the affected area with water. If any abnormal situation occurs (e.g. a rash develops, itch, pain, burn or etc) seek immediate medical attention. Do not allow the inner heating ingredients to get into the eyes or to be swallowed. In case of accidental intake of the inner heating ingredients, rinse mouth with water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of contact with the eyes, do not rub, rinse with clean water and seek immediate medical attention. Do not microwave/ reheat. Each warmer is single use.
