With this in mind, this supplement has been formulated to provide nutritional support for women taking hormonal contraception. It includes all the nutrients that can deplete; Vitamins B2, B6, B12, C and E, Folic Acid, Magnesium, Selenium and Zinc.^ As well as a spectrum of vitamins and minerals to support normal everyday nutrition and wellbeing. Because hormonal contraception can increase levels of Copper, we've taken care not to include it.

COGNITIVE FUNCTION & ENERGY - Iodine and Zinc contribute to normal cognitive function. Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

HORMONE REGULATION - Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity
THYROID SUPPORT - Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones

BLOOD CLOTTING SUPPORT - Calcium contributes to normal blood clotting

How to use
Females aged 18 and over: Take 2 tablets daily.
Females aged 13-18: Take 1 tablet daily: ideally with breakfast or as directed by a healthcare professional.
For Calcium and Magnesium, the beneficial effect stated above is achieved when taking 2 capsules per day (females aged 18 years and over)
