How to use
Remove peel papers from the liner and press firmly into underwear. Fluus liners stick best on natural fabrics like cotton or bamboo.
Wear your liner for 4-6 hours if you have a light flow, or change more frequently if your flow is a little heavier. If you are planning to do exercise, we recommend changing more frequently.
Roll, flush, forget; once you’re ready to change your liner, roll it up and flush it away. You can flush the wrapper and peel papers too!
