Apply to damp or wet hair and allow hair to dry. This moisturizing blend is great for priming your curl pattern to be styled or simply to re-activate your curls during the week. Works wonderfully as a moisturising and setting primer before applying the Sweet Hibiscus Curl Defining Gel.
