Product details DioraHydrate is scientifically formulated with precise amounts of electrolytes and carbohydrates. It is designed to provide active hydration. Mix with water to help you hydrate on a hot day out, while travelling, when you are thirsty or during/after exercise/sports. Suitable for Adults and children.
