Our expertly developed Boots Bump & Beyond Pregnancy Multivitamin + Omega 3 supplement is nutritionally tailored to support you and your baby’s development during your pregnancy journey. We understand how your body changes during pregnancy and we want to give you a helping hand with our comprehensive duo pack that includes:
Multivitamin Tablet:
B Vitamins (Biotin, B1, B2, Pantothenic Acid, B6) to support energy levels
B12, Iron & Magnesium to help reduce tiredness and fatigue
Folic Acid to support maternal tissue growth during pregnancy
Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin C & Vitamin D to support immune health
Calcium, Vitamin D & K for triple action bone support
Also contains Choline & Iodine.
The UK Department of Health and Social Care recommends you take a daily supplement containing 10 µg Vitamin D & 400 µg Folic Acid while pregnant or when actively trying for a baby. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing baby.
Omega 3 Capsule:
A specially formulated Omega 3 capsule which contains 233 mg of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA).
DHA maternal intake contributes to the development of your baby's brain and eyes.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA in addition to the daily recommended intake of 250 mg of DHA & EPA.
