Our expertly developed Boots Bump & Beyond Breastfeeding Multivitamin + Omega 3 supplement is nutritionally tailored to support you and your baby’s development, post-birth whilst breastfeeding.
We understand how your body changes during pregnancy & post-birth recovery. Nutrition from a varied diet is especially important for your post birth recovery and also helps to support the production of breastmilk. We want to give you a helping hand with our comprehensive duo pack that includes:
Postnatal tablet
B Vitamins (Biotin, B1, B2, Pantothenic Acid, B6) to support energy levels
B12, Iron & Magnesium to help reduce tiredness and fatigue
Calcium & Vitamin D to support bone health
Selenium, Vitamin C & Vitamin D to support immune health
Zinc to support healthy skin, hair & nails
Also contains Choline & Iodine.
This multivitamin contains Vitamin D. The UK Government advises that level of Vitamin D for those breastfeeding is 10 µg.
Omega 3 Capsule:
A specially formulated Omega 3 capsule which contains 233 mg of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). DHA maternal intake contributes to the development of your baby's brain and eyes.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA in addition to the daily recommended intake of 250 mg of DHA & EPA.

How to use
