Measuring and monitoring your blood pressure at home can help you to understand your condition and if needed, seek early intervention to keep your blood pressure under control.
Our clinically validated Boots Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is easy to use for fast and accurate results for 1 user, with 30 memories.
How to use
Please read the instruction manual before using this product for full set up and usage instructions.
Apply the wrist cuff:
• Remove tight-fitting, thick clothing and any jewellery or accessories from your wrist.
• Roll or push up sleeve to expose the skin on your left arm. Make sure the sleeve is not too tight.
• Apply the wrist cuff to your left wrist, put your wrist through the cuff loop - your palm and the monitor display should both face upward. Leave a 1-2cm gap between the cuff and the bottom of your palm. Wrap the cuff firmly around your wrist, ensuring there is no gap between your wrist and the cuff.
Start the Measurement:
1) When the monitor is off, press the START/STOP button to turn on the monitor. The measurement will start automatically.
2) Remain still and do not move or talk until the entire measurement process is completed. After the measurement is completed, the cuff automatically deflates. Your blood pressure and pulse rate are displayed on the monitor.
