How to use
Always wash and dry hands before fitting.
With clean hands free of hand creams/lotions roll the earplug between the thumb and finger, pressing on it until it is compressed into a very thin, crease free cylinder.
While compressed, insert the plug well into the ear canal. Fitting the plug is easier if the outer ear is pulled outward and upward during insertion.
With fingertip, hold the plug in place until it begins to expand and fills the ear canal.
To remove, ease gently and slowly from the ear.

This product is intended as a disposable earplug and should be stored in its original packaging and disposed of after use. Dispose of when the ear plugs no longer return to original shape. These earplugs may be adversely affected by certain chemical substances, including hand creams/lotions. Keep out of reach of children.Soft Disposable Foam Earplugs are designed to fit most ear canals (nominal size range 5-10mm as specified in BS EN 352-2:2020. These earplugs should not be used by children under 6 years.
