How to use
• Thoroughly wash and dry your feet.
• Tear open sachet and remove socks from packet.
• Use scissors to cut along the dotted line to open the socks; use immediately after opening to prevent them from drying out.
• Place your feet inside the sock, peel off the back of the enclosed adhesive strip and use this to secure the sock around the ankle, not to the skin.
• Remove the socks after 90 minutes and towel dry feet.
• Dead skin will begin to peel off after 7-10 days and start to reveal soft, smooth feet.
For best results use product every 2-3 months.

Advice
To reduce the risk of an allergic reaction occurring we recommend a patch test before use. If any itching, rash or reddening occurs do not use the product. Please be aware that even if a patch test has been carried out this is not a guarantee that you won't suffer an allergic reaction using the product.
Solution in sock may remove nail polish on toenails. The exfoliating process differs per person, some feet may exfoliate to a higher extent than others. To help speed up the process of peeling, soak feet in warm water daily for 10-20 minutes and avoid applying any moisturiser for the duration of peeling.
To prevent skin on top of the foot peeling or becoming irritated you may apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to the area, or remove the solution with a damp cloth/wipe from the area after use. When the skin begins to peel, let it come away naturally, do not pull to avoid damaging the skin underneath.

In the unlikely event that irritation occurs - discontinue use. If you are diabetic or suffer from poor circulation consult a doctor before use.

This product contains an Alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA) and a Beta hydroxyl acid (BHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure during the usage of this product and for a week after use of the product has stopped. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into the eyes rinse well with water immediately. Do not apply to irritated or broken skin.
