The Boots Period Pain Relief Wireless Pain Reliever combines TENS technology (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) - a drug-free method of pain relief which sends gentle electric pulses from the device to block pain signals from reaching the brain - with heat - to relax cramping abdominal muscles, to provide relief from period & endometriosis pain during your menstrual cycle. Heat and TENS can be selected separately.
The device is completely wireless so can be worn discreetly under clothes for effective relief from period pain & menstrual cramps while on-the-go, and can be re-charged using the USB cable included.

How to use
Please read instructions before use.
Stick the device onto your lower abdomen & hold down the ON/OFF button to turn on. The heat LED flashes and the device begins to heat up.
To switch TENS on, briefly press the ON/OFF button. The TENS LED flashes. To start stimulation, press the ^ button once to activate the lowest intensity. Select your desired intensity level using the ^/v buttons. If you want to use the TENS function without the heat function, press the ON/OFF button again.
To switch off the device, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. The heat LED and the TENS LED go out. After using the device, remove from your lower abdomen & reapply the protective films to the gel pads to protect them.

Do not use during pregnancy.
