Boots Menopause & Me, supplements designed to support you & your menopause journey.
Energy & Vitality has been created for extra support when you’re feeling tired and low on energy. It has been created with high levels of B-Vitamins including Vitamin B1 plus Magnesium & Iron for the reduction of tiredness & fatigue to support you in your day-to-day life. Also contains Siberian Ginseng, a popular botanical ingredient used for thousands of years and is native to China.
Our formula also contains high levels of Vitamin B6 for regulation of hormonal activity and Vitamin D for healthy bones and muscles, both important nutrients during & after menopause.
Free from Artificial Colours, Flavours and Preservatives. Lactose Free.
Bottle Made from Minimum 30% Recycled Plastic.

How to use
Take 1 tablet a day with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the daily dose. We recommend to only take one supplement from the ‘Menopause & Me’ range.
