Been chemically straightened, keratin straightened, relaxed or permed. Bleach will damage your hair and make it feel dry. You must carry out a skin sensitivity test 48 hours before using this product to check you are not allergic to it. You must also do a strand test to check how your hair will look after using the toner. Do not tone your hair if you don't like how your strand test looks or feels. See test guide here.
