Thermacare Heat Wraps for Lower Back and Hip (LBH) are Clinically proven to provide therapeutic muscle penetrating heat and long lasting pain relief.

How to use
Tear open pouch (inner packaging) just before use. Place the wrap over the pain area with darker discs toward the skin. Wear for 8 hours, to get up to 16 hours of pain relief. It may take up to 30 minutes for Thermacare to reach its therapeutic temperature.
Hazards and Cautions
If 55 years or older, wear over a layer of clothing. Do not place extra pressure on the wrap e.g. by leaning against a hard surface, or wearing tight clothing or a tight belt or waistband.
If the heat wrap feels too hot, stop using it or wear over a layer of clothing.
Stop use and consult your Doctor if:
you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn.
After 7 days your pain gets worse or remians unchanged.
Do Not Re-Use. Never heat Thermacare Wraps in a microwave or attempt to reheat, as wrap could catch fire.
Do not use Thermacare Heat Wraps with medicated topical ointments, on unhealthy, broken or damaged skin, on areas of bruising or swelling that have occured in the last 48 hours, on areas of the body where you cannot feel heat or with other forms of heat, if cell contents leak and/or wrap is damaged or torn, on people unable to follow all the usage instructions or remove the product, including children, infants and some elderly. Do Not Use for more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant.
