Flaky/Itchy Anti-Dandruff Scalp Toner is packed with calming ingredients: antimicrobial Piroctone Olamine and cooling Camphor help clear scalps of stubborn flakes and skin-cell build-up, while soothing dryness and irritation. Our gentle, cooling formula immediately refreshes and comforts the scalp, while restoring the scalp's microflora balance.

How to use:
Begin with Flaky/Itchy Scalp Shampoo, followed by the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner. Lightly towel dry hair and apply to scalp from the nozzle in 1'' (3cm) sections. Distribute with fingertips. Do not rinse. Comb through and style. Reapply as often as required.
