NeoThotics Pro-Expert 3/4 Length Insoles are designed to support the abnormal movement of the feet and therefore may be uncomfortable to wear at first. It is recommended that you start by using the insole for 1 or 2 hours per day and slowly increase the use until it feels comfortable. During this time, the muscles in your feet and legs will begin to realign, adapting to the insole, until eventually underlying problems are eased, helping to reduce pain, including in areas such as the knees and back.
