Movicol Ease is for the relief of occasional constipation.
Suitable for
Adults aged 18 and above.

How to use
Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.

This medicine is not recommended for children under 18 years of age.
For oral use only.
For adults aged 18 years and above, including pregnant and breastfeeding women (see below), the dose is 1-3 sachets per day:
Dissolve one sachet in 125ml (1/4 pint) of water, 1 - 3 times per day. This should be taken in divided doses throughout the day, according to the severity of your constipation.
Treatment with Movicol Ease usually lasts for about 5 days.
When regular bowel movements return, use fewer doses per day and usually treatment can be stopped.
Hazards and Cautions
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if:
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- you are taking any other medicines
- your constipation needs treatment for longer than 5 days
- you have persistent abdominal pain or are passing blood
Do not take if a doctor says you have a blockage in your gut (intestinal obstruction), a hole in your gut wall, a disease causing severe inflammation of the gut (inflammatory gastrointestinal disorder), or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to.
Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children

Reconstituted solution. Store covered in a refrigerator (2°C - 8°C) for up to 6 hours

If laxatives are required daily or if you have persistent abdominal pain or change of bowel habits consult your doctor. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy or if symptoms persist
Seek advice before using if you are planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from allergies
