Deep Tissue Percussion Massager The Homedics Physio Massage Gun is designed to provide you with a deep tissue percussion massage, helping to release tight aching muscles. To use, choose your desired massage head and intensity level and gently move the massager over the part of your body you wish to massage. Interchangeable Massage Heads This massage gun includes different massage head attachments. These allow you to customise your massage and reach every muscle. The round head attached is most suitable for massaging large muscle groups, including your arms, waist, back, buttocks, and thighs. The conical massage head is great for targeting trigger points and small specific areas, such as feet. The U-shaped attachment is suitable for trapezius muscles, areas around the Achilles tendon muscle, ankle muscle and calf muscles. Three Intensity Levels Using the one-button control, you can easily adjust the speed of the intensity of your massage to suit your needs and customise your massage experience. Choose from three intensity levels: low, medium or high. Rechargeable For ease of use, the Homedics Physio Massage Gun is equipped with cordless operation. Offering up to one hour of usage from a full charge, this massage gun should be used for up to 30 minutes at a time for optimal results. Storage Bag Ideal for use at home, in the gym or on-the-go, this massage gun comes with a storage bag to keep your kit safe and secure when you're on the move. How to use Pressing the on/off/power button again will cycle through the power levels: Press x 1: LO Press x 2: MID Press x 3: HI Pressing the button again will repeat this sequence. Gently move the massage head over the part of the body you wish to massage at first, then gently apply more pressure as desired. If you are a first time user it is recommended that you start on power level 1 and press gently. A long press on the on/off/power button for 1 second will turn the massager off. Hazards and Cautions If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, consult a GP before use. If you experience any discomfort during use, stop and consult a GP. This device has a heated head, which is not suitable for use by individuals who are insensitive to heat. The recommended maximum use time is 15 minutes. Only use on muscle/soft tissue, avoid the head and bony areas. Do not use if the product has been modified, becomes wet or is damaged.
