How to use
Before Use
A zipper bag is included to protect and prolong the life of the item. Store the item in the bag when not in use.
• For cold: Place the item inside the bag and close the zip before placing in the freezer for up to 2 hours – this will provide up to 30 minutes cold relief. Gel does not freeze – so the items remain flexible and wearable.
• For warmth: Remove the sleeve from the bag, microwave for 30 seconds, and test. If too hot, let it cool. If not warm enough, reheat in 5-second intervals. Flip if heat is uneven. Microwaves vary.
After Use
Use damp cloth to wipe down. Lay flat and air dry.
