Made with 100% organic-certified cotton, our tampons are free from chlorine bleach, synthetic fibres, pesticides, artificial dyes and fragrances. Organic cotton farming uses significantly less water and energy while reducing CO₂ emissions, making it a more sustainable choice for both you and the planet.
The biodegradable cardboard applicator ensures smooth, easy insertion and is a sustainable alternative to plastic, designed to naturally break down over time.

How to use
1. Wash your hands. Remove the paper wrapper of the tampon and check the string is hanging outside the applicator.
2. Get into a comfortable position, and try to relax. We recommend trying different positions, such as sitting or standing, until you find one that feels comfortable for you.
3. Hold the tampon with the grooves of the applicator between your thumb and index finger. With the other hand, open the vagina gently and place the rounded tip of the applicator inside, positioned at a slant toward your back.
4. Slide the larger cardboard tube completely into your vagina, until your fingers touch your body.
5. Push the smaller cardboard tube with your index finger until it is completely inside the first tube.
6. Remove both cardboard applicator tubes from your body. Put it in a "hygiene" or general waste bin.
7. The string will be hanging outside your body. When the tampon is correctly inserted, you shouldn't feel anything. If you're feeling discomfort your tampon may not be inserted properly.
8. Wash your hands thoroughly again.
9. Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow and change your tampon every 4-8 hours.
10. To remove the tampon, relax and gently pull the cord. Put in a "sanitary" or general waste bin.
Hazards and Cautions
Tampons are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). This is a rare but serious illness that may be fatal.
Whilst you can’t fully eliminate the risk of developing TSS, there are some things you can do to help reduce the risk:
- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after tampon insertion
- Replace tampons every 4-6 hours and use for no longer than 8 hours
- Always check you have removed the previous tampon before inserting another, never use more than one tampon at a time
- Always use the lowest absorbency tampon for your flow – if you’re changing every 4-6 hours and there are lots of white patches, switch to a lower absorbency.
