Liner Disturbia is the new generation eyeliner, with a 24 hour wear texture, intensely pigmented from the very first stroke.The texture dries up quickly, and becomes transferproof and waterproof. With it's innovative formula, Liner Disturbia can be applied on top of any powder eyeshadow, without dimming down, making sure the end result remains both precise and intensely pigmented.
How to use
For a precise eyeliner application, start from the inner corner of the eye towards the outside. Apply liner disturbia at the root of the lashline, either with the tip of the liner to get a fine and defined line. Or apply by pressing the tip lightly on the lashline to get a bolder look.
