FlexiSEQ Max Strength Gel is a long term treatment for the treatment of pain associated with osteoarthritis and is suitable for all synovial joints.
How to use
Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.
Patient Information Leaflets are updated periodically by the manufacturer.
1. For the hands or fingers - Use a pea-sized quantity of gel for each affected joint. For the shoulder, hip or knee - Apply a line of gel as long as your index finger.
2. Spread a thin layer of gel evenly around the joint. Where to cover: Knee pain - back of knee & sides (not on kneecap). Hip pain - to soft tissue below edge of hip bone. Shoulder - to the area of pain, avoiding shoulder blade.
3. Leave to dry for 10 minutes. For all joints, FlexiSEQ Max Strength must be left to dry on the skin for 10 minutes.
Getting the best from FlexiSEQ Max Strength. Apply twice daily, in the morning and evening. FlexiSEQ Max Strength's drug free, lubricating action may take several days to start taking effect.

Hazards and Cautions
o FlexiSEQ Max Strength is for use by adults only. It is not for use on children.
o FlexiSEQ Max Strength has not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women and they should seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using it.
o FlexiSEQ Max Strength contains benzyl alcohol and linalool. Do not use FlexiSEQ Max Strength if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients.
o Do not use FlexiSEQ Max Strength on open wounds, broken or infected skin or mucous membranes (the lining of the openings of the body, such as the mouth, nose or eyes).
o Do not use if the tube is split, or the product does not look or smell as described.
o There are no known interactions with medicines or medical devices.
o Keep out of the reach of children.
o Fabric (clothing, bedding etc.) that has been in contact with this product may burn more easily. Washing clothing and bedding may reduce product build up but not totally remove it.
o Wash hands after using FlexiSEQ Max Strength. If your hands are the area being treated, wait 10–15 minutes, until the treated area is dry, before washing.
o Avoid using other moisturisers, creams, or massage oils on the treated area until FlexiSEQ Max Strength has fully dried.
o Do not apply the recommended amount of FlexiSEQ Max Strength more than 4 times in any 24-hour period.
o Dispose of used tube and packaging in line with local regulations.
o Minor skin irritations such as dryness and redness at the site of application may affect about 6 in 100 people. If affected, reduce the frequency of application to once daily. If this does not improve the condition, you may discontinue application until the problem resolves, usually within a few days. You may then restart the application. If the problem persists, then discontinue use.
