Boots Sleepeaze Snoring Relief Congestion Nasal Spray is designed to target snoring caused by colds, allergies or a blocked nose.
Snoring can be caused by nasal congestion restricting breathing through the nose, which leads to drawing more air through the mouth. This can cause the tissue at the back of the throat to vibrate, creating the noise we know as snoring.
The nasal spray works by helping to maintain nasal breathing. It starts to work immediately, and the new film-forming technology (containing microspheres) supports long-lasting effectiveness throughout the night.â
How to use
Always read the product information before use.
Apply each night (or as required) as follows:
Blow your nose to clear the nasal passage
Shake the bottle
Spray twice into each nostril
