Collagen is a natural building block found in our skin. It plays a key role in supporting your skin health and as we get older, the amount of collagen we produce in our body begins to decline. Collagen plays a part in the elasticity, firmness and overall health of the skin. Our Marine Collagen supplement also includes Vitamin C which supports normal collagen formation, for healthy function of the skin.

How to use
