How does the product work?
Boots Pharmaceuticals Appetite Control supports the treatment of excess body weight or obesity. It works by helping you to manage your appetite. It is made with a specialised high swelling capacity fibre complex that is rich in soluble dietary fibres and can swell to many times its original size, helping to fill the stomach.
It creates a pleasant feeling of fullness, helping you feel satisfied more quickly during a meal, and helps to maintain this feeling after a meal. Clinical studies have shown that this fibre complex helps to control appetite by promoting a pleasant feeling of fullness.
It can be used as part of a reduced calorie diet together with appropriate levels of physical exercise and lifestyle changes to help you lose weight and help prevent weight gain.

This product is not suitable for children under 18 years.
How to use
Read and keep the enclosed instruction for use leaflet for full instructions.
Check that the foil is not broken before use. If it is, do not take that capsule.
The capsules must be taken whole with 2 large glasses of water (approximately 500ml in total).
To help weight loss: Take Two capsules with 2 large glasses of water, three times a day 1 hour before each main meal.
This product can affect the normal absorption of some nutrients from food. Whilst taking this product it is recommended that you supplement your diet with an A-Z multivitamin and mineral product.
Do not take more than the amount recommended above.
A rest period of 4 days must be taken after every 30 days of taking this product.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place.
Use by the date on the end flap of the carton.
