Product details Boots Multi-Purpose Contact Lens Care Solution for Soft Lenses Developed to bring you exceptional daily hygiene & comfort in your contact lens wear, helping maintain the optimal performance of your lenses. The Boots Multi-Purpose Contact Lens Care Solution simplifies your daily contact lens regime. Our formula combines cleaning, rinsing & disinfecting into one all-in-one formulation. Cleans Rinses Disinfects Removes protein deposits Lubricates & moisturises lenses pH balanced, meaning it is gentle on the eyes For use with all soft lenses including silicone hydrogels. Not to be used on hard lens types. Includes a lens case Stores lenses when not in use How to use Ideal for use as part of your daily lens care regime. Clean, rinse and disinfect your lenses as directed by your Optician. Check the bottle seal is not broken before use. To open the bottle: Twist the cap anti-clockwise to break the seal. Wash and dry your hands before handling contact lenses. To clean lenses: • Place the lens in the palm of your hand, add 3 to 4 drops of Boots Multi-Purpose Contact Lens Care Solution to each side of the lens surface and gently rub both sides for 20 seconds. • Rinse the lens thoroughly with Boots Multi-Purpose Contact Lens Care Solution • Place the lens in the appropriate compartment of the lens case. Repeat the above steps for the other lens. To disinfect lenses: • Fill the lens case with Boots Multi-Purpose Contact Lens Care Solution and close the case. • Leave the lenses to soak for at least 6 hours or overnight. Your lenses are now ready to wear. • Discard the solution from the lens case after each use. To rinse lenses after cleaning and/or disinfecting: Clean, rinse and disinfect your lenses as directed by your Optician To store lenses after cleaning and disinfecting: Lenses may be stored in the Boots Multi-Purpose Contact Lens Care Solution for up to 30 days. If lenses are not worn for more than a few days, repeat the disinfecting cycle. Lens case care: • Before first use rinse lens case and caps thoroughly with Boots Multi-Purpose Contact Lens Care Solution. • Clean contact lens case with fresh Boots Multi-Purpose Contact Lens Care Solution. Never use water. Replace the lens case at least every 3 months or as directed by your Optician. Hazards and Cautions It is essential you follow your Optician’s directions and all labelling instructions for proper use and care of your contact lenses. For lenses worn more than once (single patient multiple use) clean and disinfect them following the instructions on your Boots Multi-Purpose Contact Lens Care Solution or as directed by your Optician. Do not use on daily disposable contact lenses. Daily disposable lenses are intended to be worn only once and then discarded. If lenses are not worn for more than a few days, repeat the disinfection cycle. Do not use tap water, bottled water or saliva with lenses or lens case. Always use fresh solution. Close the bottle after use. To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip. If eye irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult an eye care practitioner. Use within 90 days of opening. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use directly in the eye. KEEP OUT OF THE SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN. Ingredients A sterile aqueous, isotonic solution containing Sodium and Potassium Chloride, Disodium Edetate 0.025%, Poloxamer, Polyhexanide 0.00015%, Hypromellose, sodium phosphate buffer.
