Product details Boots Hot & Cold Percussive Massage Gun effectively mimics the most common massage techniques – relieving soreness & stiffness – whilst also offering the added benefits of hot & cold therapy. It has a 2.5-hour vibration battery life, and the hot/cold settings last up to 1.5 hours. The massage gun can be recharged with the USB charging cable provided. 4x Attachment heads: 1. Select the massage attachment head you would like to use and push it firmly on to the gun. 2. To switch on, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. This turns the massage gun on, lighting up the LED screen. The screen will display 00. 3. To start the vibrations, quick press the -/+ button. Repeat this up to 6 times to increase the vibration intensity across the 6 intensity modes. Once you get to intensity mode 6, you can then reduce the vibration intensity by continuing to press the -/+ button; the button then works in reverse until you get back to 00. You can pause the vibrations by quick pressing the power button, press again to resume. 4. To turn the massage gun off completely, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. 5. To charge, use the charging cable provided plugged into a USB adapter. To use the Hot & Cold attachment head: 1. Insert the Hot & Cold attachment head firmly into the gun. 2. To switch on, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. This turns the massage gun on, lighting up the LED screen. The screen will display 00. 3. To use the heat setting, press the heat button. Repeat this up to 3 times to increase the temperature across the 3 heat settings; 35°C, 40°C and 45°C. Press the heat button for a 4th time to turn the heat settings off. To use the cold setting, press the cold button. Repeat this up to 3 times to decrease the temperature across the 3 cold settings; 20°C, 15°C and 10°C. Press the cold button for a 4th time to turn the heat settings off. 4. To start the vibrations, quick press the -/+ button. Repeat this up to 6 times to increase the vibration intensity across the 6 intensity modes. Once you get to intensity mode 6, you can then reduce the vibration intensity by continuing to press the -/+ button; the button then works in reverse until you get back to 00. You can pause the vibrations by quick pressing the power button, press again to resume. The Massage gun has a safety feature that will automatically switch of the unit after 10 minutes of using the hot or cold features.
