Boots Bluetooth Enabled Non-Contact Thermometer with temperature tracking provides an accurate temperature reading within seconds without the need for skin contact. The thermometer is also Bluetooth enabled so links seamlessly with your phone to help you record and track temperature readings over time in the free to download app.
The thermometer works by using an infrared detector to determine temperature. It also has an in built 'fever alert' system to help differentiate between a normal or elevated temperature reading.

How to use
For full details please read instruction guide enclosed.
To take forehead temperature:
1. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on, on both your phone and the thermometer
2. Download the free 'beurer HealthManager' or 'beurer BabyCare' app available on Apple App Store and Google Play
3. Add the FT95 device under 'Settings/My Devices' on the app (you'll only need to do this once to set it up)
4. To take a measurement hold the thermometer 2-3cm from the centre of the forehead and press the 'scan' button. Ensure forehead is clear of perspiration or hair.
5. The reading will immediately transfer to the app. Readings will be logged in the app and can be tracked over time so you can clearly see any changes.
Hazards and Cautions
Temperature is not the only indicator of illness. If you/your child feels unwell whether or not you/your child has a high temperature, seek medical advice. Please read instruction leaflet before use. Do not use outdoors or near any sources of heat. Do not drop thermometer or expose it to any impacts.
