How to use
Fitting instructions: For best results, replace existing insoles from your shoes with Boots Everyday Gel Insoles with the gel side facing downwards.
Trim each insole to fit, if necessary. Cut along the outline that matches your shoe size (see guide on pack) or use the original insole as a guide. Insole can be cleaned if it gets dirty.
