Packed with nutrients, rice extract, and rice amino acids, this rice toner deeply hydrates and smooths dry, rough skin.
It has a dual-layer formula: a moisture layer with rice extract for deep hydration and a powder layer with sebum control powder to absorb oil and purify pores. Shake well to blend the layers, ensuring a balanced, non-greasy finish that leaves your skin fresh and smooth.
How to use
Skin Prep for Glass Skin: Soak cotton pads with Rice Milk and place them on your face for 5 minutes. Remove the pads and gently pat to aid absorption.
OR
Sebum Control: Pour a generous amount of Rice Milk onto a cotton pad and gently swipe across your face from the center outward. Finish with another layer and move onto your next skincare routine.
