How to use
Chew 1 tablet daily with or without food. Do not exceed the stated dosage.Take 1 capsule daily with or without food, any time of day. Note: Fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 35624® and 1714® culture. We recommend taking Alflorex® Dual Action with water or milk or less acidic drinks e.g. soya, almond or rice milks. However, Alflorex® Dual Action can be taken as part of a meal that has fruit juice, as the food will help protect the cultures.
